I advise let her retain the ownership of the land and project. It can wait and be completed later, even with all the money invested. Let her save money for as long as she wants and once she hits her financial targets, she can come back to the project later, and wiser. When complete, two sources of income. Unit Trusts and the Rentals will be hers to enjoy.
Wow, I would like to know if Bettinah is working in Uganda and the kind of job she's doing to earn that much and save 3M per month for construction. Also, how did she accumulate over 40M in her late 20s in 2019 to buy land. What kind of job is this?
