That would be an ideal way, and you don't need to bring these all in at Once.
The Ultimate structure of the existing company would be to Manage Special Purpose vehicles type of Investments, you bring 1 piece, it gets developed and you get ownership in that SPV, then after 2 years, bring another plot of land and you get ownership in that SPV like that.
